Patient Resources

Welcome to our Patient Resources Page! Our intent is to provide you with as much information about our practice as possible weather you are a new patient preparing for your first visit or an established patient looking to find out more about our services.

Our doctors, medical assistants and staff aim to make your visit a pleasurable one. In our efforts to make your visit more comfortable and to minimize your wait time, our office has implemented the following office polices.

Missed Appointments

If you are ever unable to keep your appointment, please call us to reschedule. We appreciate your cooperation in communicating those needs in advance so that other patients requesting appointments may be seen.

Late Arrival Policy

If a patient is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. This is to ensure that the patients who arrive on time do not wait longer than necessary to see the provider. You may be given the option to wait for another appointment time on the same day if one is available. We will try to accommodate lateā€comers as best as possible, but cannot compromise on the quality and timely care provided to our other patients.

Insurance Information

Women's Surgery & Aesthetics participates in most commercial insurance plans. Prior to your visit, it's a good idea to call your insurance company and confirm whether or not our group is considered by them to be a "participating provider". In addition, your insurance company can confirm your coverage and benefits and help you understand any services for which you may be liable. Should you have any questions about a claim or bill, our billing office staff members are available Monday through Thursday to answer your calls.

Required Appointments

Patients who participate in our medical weight loss clinic are required to be seen in the office at least every three months in order to continue to receive prescription refills, no exceptions!

Patients who are on a bio-identical hormone regimen are required to be seen in the office every six months in order to continue to receive prescription refills, no exceptions!

Prescription Refill Requests

Patients requesting prescription refills should allow at a minimum 48 hours before checking with the pharmacy.

The doctors and staff at Women's Surgery & Aesthetics Center truly appreciate your compliance and understanding with these policies and procedures as it is our goal to provide excellent customer service to the patients we serve.
